
Palmful fresh cilantro leaves
2 palmfuls fresh parsley leaves
2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp ground cumin
1 small red chili pepper or ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, or dash red pepper sauce
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
juice of ½ lime
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process to desired consistency.
