Nut Mix

At some point in the day you might need something to just pick you up a bit - make it healthy and delicious.  Make it this.
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup salted pecans
1/2 cup salted pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s cocoa nibs
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in a tightly sealed container. Makes 3-14 cups nut mix.
