2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
½ cup Feta cheese
¼ cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
Gently toss tomatoes with vinaigrette in a bowl. Fan the avocado slices onto four salad plates.
