Cucumber and Corn Salad

2-3 cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
2 cups corn kernels
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil

Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4-6.
