Green Goddess Tsatsiki

Palmful fresh parsley leaves
2 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 large clove garlic
1/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 rounded Tbsp good real mayonnaise
½ Tbsp lemon juice

Pulse the first 3 ingredients in a small food processor until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill.
