Chilled Tomato and Corn Bisque

Chill out with a cool bisque while the summer's still hot!
2 large fresh, ripe tomatoes, cubed
3 ears white corn, kernels removed
1 clove garlic
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 cup sherry

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until very, very well blended. Pour into four bowls and garnish with fresh mint.

Serves 4.
