¼ cup real mayonnaise
¼ cup low fat Yogurt (Greek or strained is best!)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 rounded Tbsp mustard (we like Dijon or Kosciusko)
1 Tbsp minced parsley
¼ tsp hot suce (optional)
Whisk ingredients together and serve in small individual cups for dipping.
