Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

You can use whatever fresh herbs you have in your garden or otherwise have on hand.

juice of 1/2 lemon, about 2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
about 2 tsp fresh sage leaves, minced
about 1 tsp fresh lavender or tarragon, minced
about 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1 rounded tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper

Whisk all ingredients together.
