Tarragon Goddess Dressing

1/4 cup good real mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Palmful fresh parsley
1 tsp dried tarragon, or 1 Tbsp fresh tarragon

Put the parsley, garlic and tarragon in a small food processor and mince finely. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Scrape sides down with a spatula to assure complete mixing.
