Balsamic Vinaigrette

¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed in garlic press
1/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup olive oil
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Whisk all ingredients together. Makes 1 cup.
