White Balsamic Sesame Mint Dressing

2 Tbsp white Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp low-salt soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tsp fresh mint, minced

Whisk all ingredients together.
